The Vault Unlocking Potential CIC partners with Good Things Foundation, the UK’s leading digital inclusion charity, to tackle digital poverty and build resilient, connected communities across the North East. This collaboration powers our Connected Communities Programme and strengthens our advocacy, safeguarding, and progression pathways by:
- Distributing SIMs and devices through the National Databank, enabling vulnerable individuals to access essential services, support networks, and online opportunities.
- Embedding Learn My Way into our digital inclusion clinics, supporting service users to build foundational digital skills with trauma-informed facilitation.
- Contributing to national strategy, sharing lived experience insights and regional data to inform Good Things Foundation’s policy work and digital inclusion models.
- Co-developing training and progression pathways for staff and volunteers, aligned with Good Things Foundation’s frameworks and our own supervision matrices.
Together, we’re not just fixing the digital divide—we’re transforming it into a bridge toward empowerment, equity, and long-term inclusion.
